Who we are

Kernoval Technologies Ltd ("Kernoval", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

This website collects only what it needs to respond to you and to understand how the site is performing.

• Information you submit through a form: your name, work email address, organisation, role, country, the message you write, and whether you opted in to marketing updates.
• Campaign attribution attached to your enquiry: UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, the referring site and the page you landed on. This tells us which campaign brought you here.
• Technical information required to serve the site securely, including IP address as processed by our hosting provider for delivery, security and abuse prevention.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use customer or enquiry data to train general-purpose AI models.
• We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.

Lawful basis

Where you submit an enquiry or request a demo, we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you initiated — and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering a contract.

Where you subscribe to marketing updates, we process your data on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us.

How your enquiry is handled

Enquiries submitted through this website are validated on our servers and forwarded to the Kernoval Platform, which routes them to the relevant team and records the follow-up. The public website does not hold a copy of your enquiry beyond the time required to submit it.

Sharing and processors

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and respond to enquiries — for example our hosting provider and our email provider. Each processes data on our instructions under a written agreement.

We disclose personal data to third parties otherwise only where we are legally required to.

Retention

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep an accurate record of our business relationship, and then delete or anonymise them. Marketing subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Cookies and storage

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s session storage to remember the campaign you arrived from, so that an enquiry submitted later is attributed correctly. That information stays in your browser until the session ends and is submitted only if you send us an enquiry. See our cookies notice for detail.
